Start with a Clean Slate: The Yoga of Forgiveness

a heart stitched back together through the teachings of yoga for forgiveness

Forgiveness can heal you at the deepest level. Yoga can help you understand what forgiveness truly entails.

Why should I forgive someone who’s wronged me? Isn’t turning the other cheek the same as condoning harmful behavior? Even if I want to pardon someone, what happens when I just can’t?

Forgiveness is one of the key teachings of almost every spiritual tradition. But why is it important, and how does one actually do it, especially for the most heinous of acts? Discover the real reasons you need to learn to forgive, and specific yoga teachings and techniques to help you finally let go of resentment and grudges.

Your instructor, Laura Atmadarshan Santoro, was born into a cultural dynamic that strongly discouraged forgiveness. She’s carried those childhood patterns deep into adulthood. But if yoga can help her find peace, it can help you, too!

Each gathering will provide not only a wealth of practical information but a chance to connect with others and receive support for your personal process. In between meetings, you’ll receive practices and guidance to help you bring forgiveness into your life.
