Starting January 7! Chair Yoga

Open to all. Chair Yoga provides the same benefits as yoga on the mat, adapting poses to promote flexibility, strength, and better joint mobility so you feel better in your body. We’ll add breathing practices and meditation to improve mental focus, balance, and overall sense of well-being. With Nityatara. Mondays 3:30-4:30 pm

Starting January 7! Yoga Capsules for Total Wellness

Take time for self-care using yoga practices that are proven to enhance well-being and reduce stress. Each week, we will focus on a wellness theme and a yoga capsule filled with gentle movements, conscious breathing, mudra (hand gestures to harness inner energy), and deep relaxation. These “capsules” fit into your busy schedule and can also be combined into longer practices for creating your very own personal retreat time. This special 6-week series is for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or seeking new ways to enhance your current practice. Yoga Nidra for Health

Use this practice of deep relaxation to manage various physical and mental health conditions. Perfect for both students who want to manage their own health and teachers who want to apply this technique for their clients. With Atmadarshan. Tuesdays 5:30-6:15 pm *

Yoga for Your Mind

This all-levels class includes postures, breathwork and meditation with an emphasis on how you can adapt and use these techniques to support your mental well-being. A new focus each month allows regular students to explore concepts in greater depth.  With Atmadarshan. Tuesdays 6:30-7:45 pm *

Yoga through the Bhagavad Gita

Are you interested in learning more about the philosophy of Yoga, or discovering how to apply Yoga to specific life situations? This special class includes postures, breathwork, meditation, and time for discussion. With Atmadarshan. Restorative Yoga

A perfect way to wind down from the week and recharge for the weekend, Restorative Yoga is a appropriate for all levels and physical abilities. You will do just a few poses, holding each for several minutes with the support of props to allow body and mind to relax deeply.
