A perfect way to wind down from the week and recharge for the weekend, Restorative Yoga is a appropriate for all levels and physical abilities. You will do just a few poses, holding each for several minutes with the support of props to allow body and mind to relax deeply. Your class will end with yoga nidra, a refreshing guided awareness practice that can be done lying down.
