What is “Dharma Kshetra Yoga” ?

"Dharmakshetra" means “the place where your destiny manifests”. In the classic wisdom text Bhagavad Gita, it is immediately followed by the word Kurukshetra, “your old habits and patterns.”

In every moment, you can default to your old ways or you can move toward what you really want. When you are ready to take your health, career, relationships, yoga practice or teaching to the next level - you are ready for Dharmakshetra Yoga. And we are ready for you!

Our approach.

We are full-time yoga instructors with decades of experience and education. While we are established in specific traditions of yoga, Dharma Kshetra is not a yoga style. It is an approach that provides people of all levels, backgrounds and abilities with tools to enhance their understanding of yoga to meet their goals and reach for their dreams.
