Yoga at the Wall

Add another dimension to your yoga practice by using a wall!

Join us for a wall-supported practice that includes strengthening, stretching, balancing, and restorative poses. Discover how using a wall adds another dimension to your yoga.

To participate, you will need a wall space at least the length of your body with arms stretched overhead. Additional props you may wish to have on hand: yoga block, yoga strap/belt, firm blanket, and a pillow or bolsters.

This class is accessible to all levels and abilities.
