Yoga for Mid-Winter & the Whispers of Spring

Nature ebbs and flows with cycles of life found in the seasons of the year, the lunar phases of the month, and the circadian rhythms of each day. Because we are a part of nature, the more we are able to bring ourselves into alignment with these inherent patterns, the more we are able to create harmony in our lives.

Come celebrate the mid-point between Winter and Spring (Imbolc) – all levels and abilities are welcome! This yoga practice includes poses, breath, and mudra meditation.
