Yoga can be used to manage not only physical discomforts but mental and emotional ones, as well. This workshop will provide you with specific ways to address stress and various types of trauma, both inside and outside the yoga studio. Teachers, students, and mental health practitioners are all welcome; no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Your instructor, Atmadarshan (Laura Santoro), earned her degree in psychology and worked in psychiatry through Case Western Reserve University at the University Hospitals of Cleveland. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has taught weekly yoga psychology classes for several years.
