According to the National Institutes of Health, shoulder pain affects up to a quarter of our population. This mini series will give you tools to relieve shoulder discomfort, stabilize the joint, and address the underlying alignment issues that create pain and restricted movement.
Taught by Atmadarshan, a Yoga Therapist who uses Yoga to manage her own shoulder pain, these classes are open to all levels of Yoga experience and to teachers and therapists who would like to deepen their understanding of this important structure.
