"Tech Neck", or Forward Head Posture Syndrome, is being recognized as a serious condition that can contribute to headaches, allergies, anxiety, increased mortality and a host of other issues. Learn yoga techniques you can use at work or home to reduce neck strain and improve your posture and health.

This workshop is led by Atmadarshan, an experienced teacher and Yoga Therapist. It is appropriate for Yoga students of all levels, as well as teachers and therapists who want to become better informed about this syndrome and holistic techniques to address it.
