You will learn about yoga psychology and its view of depression, then experience practices that you can use on your yoga mat and in your daily life.
Teachers, students, and mental health practitioners are all welcome; no previous yoga experience is necessary. Yoga Alliance CEUs and SY CEUs available.
Your instructor, Atmadarshan (Laura Santoro), earned her degree in psychology and worked in psychiatry through Case Western Reserve University at the University Hospitals of Cleveland. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and has taught weekly yoga psychology classes for several years.
