Your instructor, Atmadarshan, has university degrees in biology, psychology and yoga philosophy and teaching. She worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland in a number of departments and has taught yoga since 2001. Her unique background and down-to-earth teaching style make ancient yogic principles understandable and applicable for modern students.
Atmadarshan is an ERYT-500, C-IAYT and YACEP.
Yoga instructors can receive continuing education units for attending.
