Yoga for Grief and Mourning

Yoga philosophy and psychology can help you manage grief and mourning.

Are you experiencing grief over a transition or loss?

Are you or those you love in mourning, and you’re not sure what, if anything, you can do?

In this gently paced 4-part program, you’ll discover how the chakra model of yoga philosophy provides a step-by-step method for working with grief. Each meeting will provide not only a wealth of practical information but a chance to connect with others and share your journey. In between meetings, you’ll receive practices and guidance to help you manage your personal process in an empowering way.

Your instructor, Laura Atmadarshan Santoro, worked on intensive care units at University Hospitals of Cleveland and supported loved ones through their ultimate passage. She uses yogic approaches and tools to navigate her own sense of loss, and hopes to provide relief and comfort by sharing them with you.

Live online via Zoom, or by recording. Total investment: $127 by November 6, $157 afterward. Register here.
